HEAD COACH AND FOUNDER
Aleksei is a dedicated athlete and coach who brings an exceptional blend of experience, education, and expertise to his work. With 12 All-American honors in NCAA D2 swimming, the title of Best Male Athlete of the Year for 2018-2019 from PCSC, and multiple school records, Aleksei has consistently demonstrated excellence in the pool. Yet, his athletic achievements are just one aspect of his multifaceted career.
Holding a medical degree from a Russian university, along with degrees in biology and kinesiology, Aleksei possesses a profound understanding of the human body. This academic foundation enables him to optimize athletic performance through precise training, physiology, and recovery strategies.
Beyond his academic and athletic accolades, Aleksei is a professional triathlete and a member of the USA national team. This elite experience provides him with invaluable insights into competing at the highest levels and assisting athletes in realizing their full potential.
As a youth coach, Aleksei leverages his extensive knowledge and experience to inspire and empower young athletes. Whether guiding beginners or developing future champions, Aleksei has the expertise to help them achieve their goals and succeed both in and out of the pool.

Anton is a seasoned triathlete and multiple Ironman finisher with a rich history of athletic achievement. His journey in the world of endurance sports has seen him compete at the highest levels, earning numerous accolades and medals along the way. Anton's deep passion for triathlon is matched by his dedication to mentoring the next generation of athletes. With a focus on fostering resilience, discipline, and a love for the sport, he brings invaluable experience and enthusiasm to our youth triathlon school. Anton's commitment to excellence and his ability to inspire young athletes make him an integral part of our team, helping to shape future champions both in sport and in life.
Fun fact: Anton is an Aerospace engineer.
