Swim Clinics Schedule December 2024

Swimming is one of the most crucial skills in triathlon and requires the most time to master. At a young age, developing swimming technique, skills, and water feel is essential. Swimming not only builds overall endurance and fitness but is also the safest discipline in terms of injury prevention. That’s why we place a greater focus on swim training in our program.

Winter is the perfect time to lay a strong technical foundation and focus on building strength and endurance. That’s why we’ve dedicated December and January to swim clinics that focus on improving technique, exploring various strokes, and enhancing freestyle—the keystroke for triathletes.
