Triathlon Winter Camp: December 30-31, 2024

Camp Description

First Youth Triathlon is offering a two (2) day camp during the school holiday vacation, December 30-31 (Monday-Tuesday). The camp will be from 8:45am-1:00pm each day. The camp will be held at burgess pool in Menlo Park

The camp will include swim instruction, open swim, running, biking, stretching and games. Youth athletes will enjoy structured swim instruction based on their skill level, with a focus on both learning and fun, including supervised free swim time and group activities. We will include several talks about healthy habits, including nutrition, sleep and screen time. The camp is designed to build swimming, running and biking skills and confidence in a safe, engaging environment.

The camp is open to new as well as experienced swimmers. We will assess each child’s swim level on the first day of camp so they are matched with the best instruction and group. More advanced swimmers will get a workout-style swim session to practice their strokes. Parents are welcome to come to the end of camp triathlon on Tuesday, December 31 at 12:30p to cheer on their child as they race through each sport.

Is This Camp for You?
